To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a System and Project Engineer joining us at the earliest possible date.

Your areas of responsibility would include:

• Design, analysis and dimensioning of communication systems for satellite applications

• Evaluation of customer requirements and their feasibility

• Supervision, control and management of subcontractors and suppliers

• Planning, preparation and monitoring of project plans taking into account available resources and customer requirements

• Project interface to the customer

• Planning, coordination and control of the project team

• Preparation and maintenance of documentation (proposal documents, statement-of-conformance, specifications, reports, analyses, design descriptions, etc.)

We would expect a degree in electrical engineering, physics or any equivalent qualification and extensive working experience in the systems engineering area and project management within the space market. You should have detailed and well-founded knowledge in project management, budget planning, risk management and scheduling, as well as detailed knowledge of relevant guidelines and standards of industry and aerospace. Extensive experience in leading project teams, an analytical mindset for early detection of problems and practical skills in compiling of solutions, as well as strong negotiating skills and a logically structured working method would be required. In-depth knowledge in MS Office programs would be much appreciated.
